Ingredients: Betta nellikai turi(Gratted Amla) -1 cup, Sakkare(sugar) -2 cup, Neru(Water) - 1/4 cup, Elakki pudi(Elachi powder)

2. Sabbasige Chetney
Sabbasige soppu, 1sp - uddina bele, 1 sp - kadle bele, 1/4 tsp - mente, uppu, hunisehannu, ingu,
arishina( 3 pinches), ona kobbari ( 1/2 Cup), enne, ona menasina kaayi (4 -5).
Swalpa enneyalli, sabbasige soppu huriyabeku, naotara, ondonde bele haaki huriya beku, nantara mente
haaki, nantara ingu heege ondonde haaki hurita hoogabeku, nantara mixi maadi idabeku. 1 week ittikondu
use maadabahudu.
3. Taalipattu
Neerulli( sannage hecchikollabeku ), sabbasige soppu ( any soppu) , bellulli, karibevu, tenginakayi turi,
kottumbari soppu, hasi shunti, jeerige, hasi menasinakaayi, enne, akkihittu, carrot turi, salt, ajwana.
chutny - korbi, menasinakayi, jeerige, belluli, hasishunti.( mixi yalli chetney maadi ) ( No Water)
Akki hittu sere - Neeru kudi haaki( 1 cup water), Akkihittu ( 1/2 cup) haaki 5 min kudisa beeku. Adu
aarida mele, enne bittu ulida ella samanu haaki (soppu, neerulli, ..... ) kalasi, naada beeku.
ondu plastic paper ge enne hacchi bille maadikondu lattisi, hanchina meele beyisa beku.
4. Kobri Chutny ( only for one day )
Kobri turi, belluli, uppu, kadle, kottumbari soppu, hunise huli, bella, sutta menasinakaayi ivella haaki, mixi
maadabeku. ( Water)
5. Goodi kadubu
(Anna, goodi hittu ) uduru tara , uppu, bella, mente hittu 1 tsp, uiddina hittu 1 tsp
mix maadi sere athava annake haaki naadabeku, mattu bella uppu haaki naadabeku. Nantara kayalli
sereyannu battalu tara maadi ugghiyalli beyisa beeku.
6. Badanekaayi chutny
Badanekaayi, Uppu, Bellulli, Kottumbari soppu, Menasinakaayi,
Badanekaai menasinakaayi suttikollabeku nantara badanekaayi sippe tagiya beeku, nantara uilda saamanu
haaki mixi maadabeeku.
7. Hasi Moolangi Goojju
Moolangi, (neerulli, belluli, hasimenasinakaayi) ivella hurkabeeku nantara takkondu,(jeerige, kottumbari,
gasgase haaki hruidu pudi maadikollabeku), 1/4 tsp akki nene haaka beku, athava, akkihittu kalasi
idabeeku. hasi kayi turi, 1tspkadle, hasi shunti, kottumbari sopu, ella haaki rubbi( bella haaki), hasi mulangi

1cup Goodi nucchu, akki 2 tsp, kadlebeele 2 tsp, ( nene haakabeku 1 night), neeru basidu, goodi
nenidabeeku, seperate aaagi, anna+kadalebele neneidabeeku. ( 1::2 ) water haaki beyisabeeku, bisi
iruvaga akki bele masibeeku, matte goodi jote haakabeku, ella mix maadi ole mele kudiyalu idi, 1::(1.5 /
2) bella karagisi soosi, uggi mixi ge haaki kudisa beeku.Idannu ilisuva 10 nimisha munche, Ona kobri ( 1
curd spoon ) kaskase( huridu), ondu chituti jayikaye, yaalakki shunti haaki mixi maadi haaki
pudi maadi tiruva beek, haaki kudisi ilisi. Drakshi, godambi, haalu haaki
kudisabeeku. matte ilisabeeku. Bekadare ( Parangi kaayi beyisi kivuchi haakabeku )
10. Pongal
Akki, hesaru bele 1::1, arishina haaki beyisikondu, tuppadalli oggaranene, hasi shunti, bellulli, menasu (8 -
10) not finley ground, karibevina soppu, jeerige, ona menasinakaayi, uppu, swalpa neeru haari, akki bele
haaki kudisa beeku.
11. Bendekayi, Heerekaayi - Chutny
Tarakaari hecchi, huridu, bellulli, menasinakayi, kottumbri soppu,uppu, hunise huli, haaki tiruvabeeku.

Holige Saaru
1 measure togari bele, 4 measure water, make the water boil, and when boiling add the cleaned and washed togribele, and leave it for sometime until the bele become soft, when pressed with fingers. When done, switch off the stove and kattu should be strained, and the bele should be kept on the stove again, putting the 1 measure of jagarry. let it nicley boil until all the jaagary is softened and the bele should start beoming thick. Then put, shunti pudi elakki pudi, and mix and keep the bele aside. When it is little hot only put to mixer and make the hooran.
For saaru,
dry Fry the following ingrediants.
1. Kottumbari kaalu, 4 tspn
2. Jeerige, 1 tspn
3. saasve, mente, 1/2 tspn
4. ona kobbari ( 1/4 gitaku)
5. Neerulli ( 1 )
6. Bellulli ( 9 esalu)
7. chakke , lavanga,. ellaki ( 4, 4, 2)
8. Hunise hannu
9. Gasgase ( 3 tspn)
10. karibevu
11. Ona menasina kaayi ( 3)
Fry all these and grind, then put the water+ grind pudi,+ hunise hannu+
Then put the oggarane, saasive+, karibevu+ ona menasinakaayi and put it in the saaru, and make it boil.
